We believe wedding cakes should taste delicious as well as look beautiful. A wedding cake, like all desserts we make, is the last course of the meal and should be the most memorable. We create each cake with the best and freshest ingredients available to us, we shop at the local farmer's market for organic berries, we use fresh vanilla beans, and real butter.

Gluten free cakes available upon request. We are not, however, a gluten free facility, eat at your own risk.

Cocoa buttermilk cake layers with one of the following:

• Chocolate ganache

• Chocolate Mousse and fresh raspberries
